Product Development in 3D
In the area of new product development we work primarily with automotive industry suppliers. Our extensive experience particularly with the construction of plastic and sheet metal components and castings enables us to participate in the development of various equipment and components for the development of new types of tools and machinery.
Our development department relies on the professional skills and experience and flexibility of our experts as we continuously expand their competencies. We are constantly optimising and innovating our methodologies and work processes.
We work with foundries that make castings from grey, malleable cast iron and aluminium based on models of equipment that we have designed for clients. New orders are completed according to supplied designs or models.
Documentation in 2D and 3D
Naturally we also prepare technological processes. We prepare documentation in 2D and 3D and we also produce models of equipment based on a casting sample from the client. We can also offer 3D scans and 3D plastic prints of models.
We use an external supplier for CNC manufacturing on 3 and 5 axis machine tools. We also provide 3D measurement of machined components including protocols on the 3D coordinate measuring machine Crysta Apex by Mitutoyo.
As part of our continuous improvement of manufacturing we offer manufacturing processes for cutting and turning in the Heidenhain, Fanuc and Siemens systems.
We assist in instances of sudden malfunction and based on our metrics we can provide manufacturing documentation for mechanically damaged components and ensure their prompt manufacture on CNC tools. We perform stress analysis of assembly and components using the finite element stress analysis methodology. Our philosophy is: every change must be an improvement and the right design begins with a pencil and a sheet of paper.
